NEED A TV, YOU'RE BETTER GOING DOWN TO YOUR LOCAL 'MART' STORE THAN DEALING WITH 123BUYDIRECT. THE ONLY DIRECT THING YOU'LL GET IS A HEADACHE. THE PHONE REPRESENATIVES ARE INPOLITE, INCONSIDERATE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS. WE PURCHASED A 46" SAMSUNG $1,600 PLUS $299
5 YEAR WARRTY PLUS $48 FOR UPGRADE SHIPPING ON AUG 8, 2008. STRANGLY WHEN WE RECEIVED THE CALL REGARDING THE SHIPPING, I WAS THINKING "HAVE WE JUST BEEN TAKEN? I NEVER RECEIVED AN CONFIRMATION OR TRACKING NUMBER IN THE FIRST PLACE. PEOPLE READING THIS, DON'T EXPECT ONE. I CALLED THE NEXT MORNING TO SEE ABOUT THE TRACKING # AND WAS TOLD I'D BE RECEIVING AN EMAIL WITH IT. NEVER CAME, 3 DAYS LATER I CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD I'D BE GETTING A PHONECALL AROUND 4PM THAT DAY. TODAY IS THE 18TH AND I'VE BEEN CALLING, AND CHECKING THE WEBSITE, THIS IS USELESS BY THE WAY. I CALLED AND I WAS ASKED FOR THE ORDER NUMBER, THEN TOLD THAT THEY CAN'T HELP ME, THEY DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE TV AND COULDN'T TELL ME WHY AND THAT I'M WAISTING MY TIME AND FINALLY I WAS HUNG UP ON. OF COURSE OUR CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED AND IS IN DISPUTAL, HOWEVER, THIS MATTER ALONG WITH THE OTHER 1000+ NEED TO BE LOOKED AT AS A 'BUYER BEWARE' DON'T LOOK FOR A BARGAIN HERE, DO YOUR RESEARCH AS I IGNORANTLY DIDN'T AND DEEPLEY REGRET. PS. I CAN'T WAIT TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES IN THE MORNING! WISH ME LUCK!!
