juicer arrived 5 days after purchasing...not a problem as shipping was no charge and did not feel 2 or 3 day delivery charges were neccessary.

2 Life had sent me a juicer via UPS. When UPS had lost the item, 2 Life was unaware of the status on the product sent, and I had to pursuade them to contact UPS. I might had been a more satisfied customer if they had sent me another product immediately or refunded my money immediately. Instead, up to this point (11 days from the time UPS lost the item) 2 Life has not send me a juicer or given me a refund even though 2 Life get the insurance money from UPS for the product. All in all 2 Life has been uncooperative in this whole matter and I would rate their customer service as poor. They also would not provide me with their local phone number when I emailed them to let them know that the toll free number did not work from my area. I had hoped that they would have been more considerate in the matter and handled the UPS issue, instead I've had to do the constant calling to find out what was going on. I would definitely rate this situation as extremely stressful considering the way 2 Life has handled it.

We live out East and found out after ordering the Green Star that 2-Life is in Oregon. It took us 1 1/2 weeks to get the machine - much too long. Their customer service was avg. One thing to note is the price listed on shopping.com is wrong. 2-Life is trying to make you think their listed price is the final price - their prices do not include shipping which I feel is deception.

I purchased a heart supplement from them. I loved the product, but when I placed another order, the product was discontinued. I have not seen another product that had the right combination this product had. So naturally I was disappointed. But one of their representatives contacted me by email and said they would check to see if they might have some back in the warehouse. However, there was none to be found. I was grateful for the contact and the effort.

We have purchased Barley Green at 2 Life Health Products. The web shop is well organized. The shipment was made the next day after we placed the order. We have received an e-mail confirmation and tracking number. This is the good side of our experience. There are several things we did not like. 1) There was no discount for the first time-shoppers although the wording was like it will be. 2) When we placed our order there was no shipping and handling charges and only next day we have received a message that some (reasonable) shipping and handling fee was added to our acoount as well. This practice is strange.

I got my Green Star juicer on the 10th. I love it. It makes incredible juice, and I save about 10 minutes every time I juice, since I don't have to use one juicer for wheat grass and parsley, and another for all the other stuff I drink, such as carrots, celery, cucumbers, beets, and the like.
