My experience with PF, overall, was very good but not perfect.  The cloths are of nice quality and (on sale) very reasonably priced.  Ordering was easy and shipping was fast.  In general, I would recommend them with a few words of advice:

- If you sign up for the email offers, you will get A LOT of them.  I think I got one every few days.  If you are in the buying mode, the offers are good, but it got pretty tiresome after a few weeks.

- I bought 2 sport coats and several pairs of dress pants.  It seems to me their cloths are cut a little on the slim side (while I am not).  Choose your sizes carefully.

- The dress shirt tails are a little short for my preference.

I have purchased 12-15 shirts from PF and have been pleased to thrilled with the quality.  The reason I chose to review this company is because of the pants.  I ordered two pairs that were made in Italy and they were nothing short of a work of art.  The attention to detail was excellent.  The prices of the clearance stuff is amazing.  Italian pants for less than $30 a pair?  Are you kidding?  I have two suits and six more shirts on the way.

I have had excellent experiences w/ Paul Frederick for 15 years.  I find the products (I mostly order dress shirts that I wear daily) high quality & worth the price.  I wish the shirts came in more varied colors in larger sizes (unfortunately, I continue to grow), but I find the telephone service very friendly, the return policy good & easy to use, and the  on-line ordering pretty good (it's taking me a momennt to figure iit out, but I'm coming along, and the telephonic support is very helpful).  The cheap shirts ($19.95) are a good deal, but so are the $120 shirts.  Helpful Hint:  Always use the Paul Frederick coupon website to get a diiscount, or free shipping.  Stuff is usally on sale sometime soon, anyway.  i can highly recommend this company & service.

I found a coupon in a magazine for 4 white shirts, multiple collar styles and free monogramming for $19.95 each plus shipping. Easy to order and fast shipping (received within 2 days). Shirt quality is very good. Their normal prices are quite high, but they have a clearance section and multiple coupons for a more reasonable shopping experience. I will be buying from them again.

PaulFredrick.com (Paul Fredrick Menstyle Online Store) is excellent. With a large selection in high-end mens clothing (dressy and casual) along with competitive pricing, this company is great. Their delivery time is prompt with USPS. The boxes are have always been in excellent condition along with the merchandise itself.

The ordering process is simple and intuitive with a promotional code area right at the top of the order page. They are always offering special deals, promotions, and various discounts. I have personally used free shipping discounts on all of my orders to date.

Their Clearance section is full of superb, high quality merchandise at great discount prices.

I have had no material errors to make note of except that I received a blue super 140s dress shirt instead of a white one. Ultimately, it was not a big mistake since the silk satin tie I ordered went with the blue color (all ordered in the Clearance section for nearly 50% off--a super luxury 140s!)--great value.

PaulFredrick.com frequently has promotional discount codes available (especially through their e-mail list service) which are greatly helpful and easily entered into the shopping cart screen. It is user friendly.
