I sent the product as a gift and it was received in good condition...The issue I have with them is their service...I ordered online and they called to confirm the order...During the confirmation, they tried to get me to buy a battery (which is already included with the camera I was buying) and a memory card (which also was included and they tried to tell me it was not included).  Then, I received another annoying phone call confirming the order AGAIN!  I order online all the time, so I am bothered by the constant hounding and trying to squeeze more money out of me...The only reason I chose them in the first place was because the price was the best at the time.


As I said, the overall product, which was a Canon SD 890, was in good condition…It’s a little heavier than I expected, but it takes good pictures and is easy to use.  Mom is enjoying using it.  She’s in her 60’s and does not consider herself to be “tech savvy,” so I wanted to get something that would be a “point and click” camera.  The Canon is exactly that.  I have an Olympus and by comparison, the Olympus is lighter, but they are both about the same size. 

I don't know if I would order from Abe's again though.
