I have been buying from them for some time and quite a bit.  Well made website easy to go through or find what you are looking for.  But could be improved if the category were more streamlined.  The record of your order history is great.  You can go back and check what exactly you purchased when you need another one in the future.  The accessary suggestion is okay, but not always right.  Pre-order or back-order items are not charged until the item actually ships, so that's secure there.  A bit puzzling which one is free delivery or not.  Should all free delivery if the order is more than xxx dollars.  But, overall, one of the better made online shop.  I wish I were out of NY/NJ state :-)
Delivery is typically quick - if bulky enough to use UPS, but a bit snail USPS if the items are small enough.  Packing is always very well with seal that says "reject if broken" or something like that.  Inside cushion is more than enough and very well protected by air cushions.  Never had problem with the package.
Price is competitive.  But there are not many competitors, strange phoenomenon in the huge country, as if there are only a few camera retailers in this country. 
Trade-in is NOT recommended.  You would get much more if you sell on eBay than bring it in to the store.  Just what I learned from experience. 
The actual store front in NYC - should go ONLY if you REALLY have to go.  Very few models on display and the sales persons do not leave you alone.   You can't choose the sample you buy - the box just arrives from the downstairs, sometimes in a worn box.  Again, if you don't have to, don't go to the shop - unless you have your favorite sales guy and he is available for you.  Do the shopping online.  That's more enjoyable.
One last thing - no offense at all - they should be open on Saturday.
