I recently purchased a new SLR camera and some lenses from Adorama, I decided to purchase my camera from them for several reason. I have been using Adorama for my professional photo printing for just over a year and the quality and customer service I received from Adorama has been second to none. They have promptly answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns immediately in a truly satisfactory manner.
The time came that I needed a new camera for my photography business. I am new to photography but my business has suddenly taken off, so I needed to upgrade. Buying a camera off the internet can be scary business, I have read so many horror stories about consumers who were basically ripped off by camera vendors on the internet. I never gave my purchase a second thought with Adorama, I was completely confident that my camera and accessories would arrive as promised and on time and be fully backed up by Adorama in case of any problems. They did not let me down. On top of the stellar customer service I have received and the quality of prints I have received. Adorama's prices are some of the best around. 
I would have to say that I am a lifetime customer of Adorama, it is very rare in this day and age to find a company as committed as they are to providing quality products, competitive prices and amazing customer service.
