 I ordered a Weber Summit S-470 Grill from RAC to replace my existing grill.  RAC’s pricing and free shipping beat every online vendor so I was a bit nervous about placing an order with them.  Doing business with this company was a pleasant surprise.  The level of service was excellent and my product was shipped immediately.  My grill arrived exactly on the day specified exactly as ordered, there were no surprises!  After my order was placed I sent them a couple of emails to follow up on my order they were also answered promptly. 

I know that this service is what you should expect from all online stores but if you have done much shopping via the internet then you know that it is often not the case.  I would have no problems ordering from these folks again.    

The Weber Grill itself is great.  I have been using a Char Broil product which I never really liked.  The Weber is clearly superior.  Weber has great documentation and information regarding their products.  I ordered the 2008 model because I really never use a rotisserie.  I grill out 3 to 4 times a week and in the past 20 years I have used a rotisserie about 10 times.  With the Weber indirect cooking method I have little use for a it.
