We ordered a king size airbed from airbeds for less for some out of town
visitors. The bed arrived in a timely manner. Shipping was a little high
but, we could not find a king anywhere else. We set the bed up for a
trial run but did not sleep on it. It seemed like a pretty good product. When
our guest arrived the first night it leaked all night. The manufacturer’s directions
had some trouble shooting tips for this and we tried them all, the week my
guests where here with no resolve. We finally ended up getting out an old
mattress for them to sleep on as they had to put air in the bed every 2-3
hours during the night. We contacted airbeds4less and the manufacturer as
directed and within the 30 day warranty time frame. The manufacturer never did
return any phone calls or emails and airbeds4less had no interest in helping
resolve the matter. I got the impression this was common and they really
did not care about the quality of the product they sold. Once it was out the
door it was no longer their problem. They were very rude and difficult to deal
with. We never did get any resolve and are now stuck with a bed that is of no
use. I would not deal with this company and they have absolutely no concern
for customer satisfaction.
