I am happy with the product, but unhappy with the materials that accompanied the product. There was not very much information on the machine specifics. Also, a free gift accompanied the item, but there was no explanation as to what the gift was (or if it was even the gift at all). I left a message, but never received a return telephone call. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I have emailec them a few times already about getting a receipt which I did not receive with my order and still no one has responded to me yet. Also the product isn't what I thought it was with just one portion of the order, but I figure if I email them about it, they aren't going to email me back anyways!!

Shipping was timely but the product is already falling apart. I've owned the same product previously and it gave a few years of service before failing. This is the same brand but the manufacturing quality seems to have gone down or else this particular unit has become problematic. It stalls and makes a lot of grinding sounds. I will attept to return the unit for a replacement.

I was very pleased with the service I received with All About Massagers. My father-in-law, Fred had one of these massagers for 42 years. It was finally time for a new one. I did not even know they made those Osters anymore, and wasn't sure if this one was the right one. But this company had a long returns policy, how could I refuse? Fred loved the gift. This store was great. The Medi Rub is an amazing foot massager. When I went to their store I ended up buying much more than I had originally planned. They had great prices and very fast shipping. I would highly recommend allaboutmassagers to anyone who asked.
