I was surprised it arrived so early. The original confirmation stated the order would be received later so when it came in early it was a complete surprivse. It is a Christmas gift so I was glad to see that the description was not on the outside of the box. My daughter could not tell what it was.

Everything was fine with the merchant. It was UPS that made the error. They delivered our bed to the wrong address. Then when I called didn't seem like it was that big of a mistake and had me on the phone for a half an hour. I barely received an apology.

The bed we chose was in stock. It arrived by freight line on the day and the time as promised. Everything was in great shape- no dings or bumps or scratches. The entire experience was painless and could not have gone any smoother. We will use this site again for other needs we may have. The price was very good, too.

This bed came in 6 different boxes and there were 2 pieces damaged, however we were able to go to our local Home depot and get parts to fix it without much trouble.

Excellent product, great price and no shipping. I've seen the same product at other on-line stores for $100 more and would have had to pay as much as $50 for shipping and handling. Recommend highly.

I had the bad experience of trying to order the same product earlier with another online vendor and was shipped the wrong item, even though the picture and description was correct on the website. Excellent service, slight(3 day) delay in shipping but was notified promptly and precisely. Free upgrade to 3rd day air shipping. In all fairness the product we wanted was also on backorder at two other merchants so the delay was acceptable.

I ordered a headboard with free shipping (no choice with shipping) The order came from freight truck which the company did not advise I was the one that had to unload it out of the truck until I had completed my order. The boxes were damaged beyond belief.. there was no packing material with the headboard, it looked like someone had returned it without the packing material and the warehouse sent the bed to me. I of course refused the bed. Now the company claims they will send me a new one and that at this point I can not back out of the deal without big penalties. I feel I am trapped. It has been almost a week and no one has given me a time frame for a new delivery. I am not happy and very upset that I trusted them with that large of amount of money.

Haven't opened furniture yet, but expect satisfaction. I received furniture in about a week from purchase and had been trying to get a daybed from a local furniture store since August. Had to pick up bed at trucking company because all they had to deliver in was an 18 wheeler that could'nt turn around on my street. They were very nice to deal with however. But that could be a problem for some.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the brass bed. The box was a little damaged but the contents were fine. I wish they could pin point the delivery time a little better. The time window that was given is too broad. I don't like sitting in the home all day waiting for a delivery not knowing within an hour or at least two hours for the delivery. The time window was about a five to six hours. This was too long to wait.The price was a little much for the headboard and footboard. I sent an email questioning whether it was solid brass or brass plated but never received a reply; neither before delivery nor after. It was not solid brass. The cost was $500.00 but I could not find a brass bed or brass plated set in my area so I paid the price. I would make another purchase because I still would have paid more for it else where and there is a great selection should I be in the market for other furniture.

One piece came damaged and they replaced it quickly and with only one phone call from me. They also e-mailed me when it was shipped. It was a very smooth purchase as well as a good bargain.

For some reason the bed frames were not shipped with the order. After talking to cstmr svc they shipped one bed frame. Called again for them to ship the other bedframe and still have not received it. It is taking weeks for those beds to get here complete...

Navigating the site and selecting the merchandise were easy enough to accomplish. In fact, locating the product at this particular price is what drew me to make the purchase at Bedroom Furniture Direct. I was mildly disappointed, though, in how long it took before shipment and then in how long it took the shipment to arrive at my doorstep.
