I like campsaver a lot. They usually have free shipping on orders over $50. That is VERY smart for the merchant... and helps the customer a lot. I did all of my Christmas shopping online, and CampSaver was the best!

I haven't yet voiced my only complaint (I just received the package) - the colors of the stuff sacks are not what is shown on the website or on the package for that matter. Proabably the fault of the manufacturer. Nonetheless, I will be returning them because I specifically was looking to color code my items inside my backpack.

My stove arrived damaged. It looked as if UPS had used it as a wheel chock. I called and talked to a representative which sent us a return lable and shipped my new stove out right away. The service is great and the representatives are very friendly.

Campsaver.com went above and beyond my expectations for an ecommerce coompany. I was able to talk to a real person on my first call and the customer service rep was able to answer my questions and placed the order for me very quickly. I placed an item on hold because I wanted the new version of the tent I bought and they called me the day it came in to let me know they were charging my card and sending out the tent. Cudos to them and they will get my business from now on.

Everything was fine. You could probably stay open a little later. you close at 5:00 pm pacific time (phones that is) and that's pretty early for the west coast. Any how, I have my stuff and am a happy camper.

Easy to use site, everything shipped quickly, but box not packed well, UPS trashed it, and several items lost in transit. Email to support and they shipped replacements right away via Priority mail. Nice!

Two different times now they have had items in stock that were sold out nationally. First the 100oz Nalgene bladders, then the Aqua Star UV water purification system. These guys are great! With what seems to be realtime online stock quantities, shopping here is worry free. Their shipping is the standard stuff that everyone seems to offer now. They ship UPS which suits me fine. I much prefer UPS to FedEx. Bottom line: I will certainly be back to shop CampSaver.com

Absolutely the worst e-shopping experience I have had. Ordered items in early May and still had not received them by early August. Campsaver kept promising to get me the items I ordered, but they never did. They had a load of excuses, and kept telling me my shipment was in the mail, but never shipped it at all. When I complained, they told me to "do what I had to do" and did nothing to help me at all. I will never deal with this vendor again and nobody else should either.

My order was shipped the day I placed the order. I even chose free 7-14 day shipping, but I received my order in 4 days. I don't know if they just put the 7-14 day shipping to protect themselves, but I obviously received my order much sooner. I had one question before I ordered and they answered within a few hours. Will do business with them again.

I am very disappointed that my dry bags were not in stock and I was not notified until I called your company to find out why they were not shipped. Your website needs some work to keep it updated. A simple email notifying me that a mistake was made would have been all that was needed. I ended up driving 1 hour into St. Louis to overpay at an REI store, because time had run out for me to order from another company. I am terribly disappointed in your service! Kathy Husemann

They held my order unexpectantly. I finally called to check why I had not received my order. They told me they were holding it because they were out of some of the products. They should have called me! This order was a gift, if I had not called the gift most likely would not have been shipped on time! Never again...

I paid ~$6 for shipping so that it would arrive intime before I moved, but they sent the wrong nest. now they are sending the correct one to my new address. I could have just gotten the free shipping and had it sent to my new address.
