Most of the times when I tried to access "My Account" to check on my order status/tracking, I would get a page error. When I reported the error to the webmaster he replied that I needed to enter my email address and password; which was not the problem at all.

I did a search on shopping.com for a Hewlett Packard LaserJet 1022n printer and CompuBiz USA came up as the lowest price. I double checked in a couple of other places and found that indeed they were quite a bit cheaper for this printer than anyone else.   Read full review...

This was a poor performance on the part of Compubiz. There were problems and after emailing them with the problem, they never responded. After a second email they answered but did nothing to resolve the problem. Finally they resolved one of the problems but the battery issue was never addressed--it prints one sheet then turns red again. I'll never buy from them again.

I ordered this printer on June 11, 2007 and received it quite quickly on June 15th. Unfortunately by the time I tried to hook it up HP Support was not available until Monday AM. to my surprise I discovered it was out of warranty. When I spoke with tech support, much to my surprise I discovered it was out of warranty since the printer had not been registered with srg@hp.com. After many more hours on the phone with HP Support they determined it would have to be replaced since there were issues they could not resolve. HP suggested I bring it into a repair shop, but I wanted a new printer. Then after speaking with CompuBiz, I was told that I would have to ship the printer back to the supplier which I disagreed with since I felt I was entitled to a functioning printer. Finally when I asked to speak with the manager, Tony said a replacement printer was on its wayt and would arrive by Friday June 22 which it did. In the end I am pleased that CompuBiz provided me with a new printer that functioned properly. One more issue and that is returning the original printer to them so that I am not charged in case they do not receive it.

The warranty program offered is a necessary addition for any purchaser of electronic products and the price is right. IN purchasing the Kodak Camera which I have selected, another feature in my decision was the fact that the dock was also included in the purchase price. This saves approximately 70.00.

Got a HP printer was told the unit was brand new. I noticed the printer had scratches on it. Didn't mind that but after 1 week of using the product it died on me. I called HP tech support and was told the unit was refurbished. These guys sale used and refurbished products as new. buyer beware these guys are not honest.

When my HP laser printer recently died, product reviews pointed toward a Samsung unit which was attractively priced at CompuBiz USA. The day after placing my order, I was notified that the model I selected was out of stock. My disappointment was quickly put to rest as I was telephoned by CompuBiz Customer Service Specialist, "Stan", to assist me in finding a suitable replacement. For just a few dollars more, he was able to identify a more advanced model with superior specs to the model I had originally chosen. Stan patiently responded to the myriad of questions I presented, referring me to the manufacturer's web site and emailing additional information. Finally, after deciding that I would do some additional research, I realized how impressed I had been with his personalized service. I immediately picked up the phone, punching in the CompuBiz number with Stan's extension (x131) and proceeded with my order. In today's competitive marketplace, CompuBiz possesses the ideal combination of great pricing with staff who care. I highly recommend doing business with these people; Stan is the best!
