Direct Deals is amazing and I would highly recommend it to any shopper. Their customer service is unmatched and no other company I have dealt with comes close to it. Usually when contacting help services from companies you feel like your talking to a stupid idiot who does not understand your problem or a person whose just reading a script. This is not the case with Direct Deals whose customer service is with real intelligent people who are very helpful and who truly want to solve your problems with as little annoyance to you. When ordering Microsoft XP Home Edition, I made a shipping address mistake and they fixed it quickly for me which allowed the shipment to arrive on time with no delays or errors. Afterwards the key wouldn't validate properly but after another email to them and a few hours wait they sent me a new one and I didn't have to deal with Microsoft's horrible and monotanous customer service which drives me insane. Overall Direct Deals was fast, easy, and very helpful and I would encourage anyone thinking of buying from Direct Deals to do so, it is defiantly worth it and you will not regret it.
