My experience:
I went with another vender at first, but since then I have purchased lamps for all my friends and relatives from Discount-Merchant.com. I'm the TV Doctor in my family now:) I know where to get the best price and exactly how to do the repair within even looking at a manual.

My aunt was super impressed when she called me and I quickly knew her problem. 4 days later I was over her house and within 15 minutes her TV was up and running. I read the installation guide online and watched the 5 min video and that's all I needed. Mr. TV Doctor :) was at the scene and the situation was handled :) LOL...I crack up...but the truth is I have saved my friends and family hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I know my aunt would have had to pay $100-$200 to a outside tech to come and diagnose her TV problem...then order the parts, blah blah blah...

Discount-Merchant.com made the whole process Super Fast and Super EASY. From the initial ordering process to getting the product everything seems so automated but you are always in touch with a human...that's the impressive part of their service. Melissa, one of the customer service reps actually called me 10 minutes after the same to confirm the address because USPS had recently changed zip codes in my area. She had the correct up to date zip code while I had given her my old one...it's very impressive when the vender knows your zip code better than you do yourself !!! :)

hehe...all in all, I am excited to have found a treasure in the mix of all these dot com companies.. Good work girls!


UPDATE: Just checking back here and I wanted to say, my TV is going strong and it's got a beautiful picture!
