My TV's lamp went out over Memorial Day weekend.  After a frantic few minutes of trying to figure out what happened (I can't get anyone to confess that they ever saw a warning display on the TV about the lamp needing replacement)...a quick online search gave me the answer to my problem.........and lead me to Discount Merchant! 

WOW!  The entire experience was fantastic!  The online help staff gave me quick answers to questions that I had regarding my purchase and the order process was quick and easy.

I received my order today and found that changing the lamp was a snap.  The hardest part of the swap out was moving the TV out far enough for me to get to the lamp door!

I can't believe how simple it was!

This was a WONDERFUL experience and I would tell anyone who was unsure about changing the bulb out into your own housing - quit worrying!  This was SIMPLE!  The video shows how easy it really is!  I'm a fairly mechanically inclined female, but I feel confident that ANYONE who can use a screw driver can make this swap.  It was a SNAP!
