The placing and delivery of the order was all fine. The actual merchandise was more difficult to put together-screws were not always the right size and the pieces of wood were not always cut to perfection. For $130 dollars I just thought the merchandise would have been a little nicer. It is exactly what we were looking for and the process itself was very smooth. Thank you.

I've only received a confirmation of my order. I called to check the status and was told by customer service they would check and call me back. She did call back within 4 hours! Items were to be shipped the next day from manufactor and I would receive tracking information. So far no tracking information or product. That was 2 days ago. So I'm still waiting.

Place the order a wek ago and haven't been able to get any sort of order status on line. This is unsatisfactory. I was leery about this being a possible problem while reading other customer complaints. I guess now I will have to take the time to make an actual phone call. I just hope at this point I actually get the items I ordered and in satisfactory condition. Not so happy with service at this point :(

Was very pleased to find a merchant who offered a wide variety of white iron beds, as for the most part they are not available in stand alone stores. The best part was the reasonable shipping costs. Items arrived earlier than expected.

your web site is misleading saying ships in 3 to 4 days. It says furniture is delivered in 1 to 3 weeks. I ordered blind beleiving they would be here in 3 to 4 days. Its been 2 weeks and I still dont have them. When I tried to find them by calling you I was told by the employee that she had no idea where my blinds were or when they would arrive or who the carrier is. Hello!! blinds are not furniture! When my company arrives there will be no blinds in there bedroom. I would never use this site again.

When I saw the unit online I was still skeptical about the measurements, our new home only allows so much wall space for this particular unit. I called and spoke with one of the customer service representatives and they were so helpful. They even called the manufacturer to double check the measurements for my piece of mind and sent a sample of the wood colors out right away. Now we have our unit and we get so many compliments. It was a great experience and I plan to continue to furnish my home with this website.

I paid a little more to get bedroom furniture that came with the White Glove delivery, and I am glad I did! Two guys brought in the furniture and set it up for me and took away the cartons. It looks fantastic! Overall a superior experience. I will shop here again when I need to re-do my living room.

I ordered a desk with hutch and a file cabinet. The drawer arrived but the rest was "lost." Weeks and weeks later the hutch arrives (which was scratched). My desk is still not here. You call and call and call and its blah blah this and blah blah that. They are super quick taking your money but could care less if you EVER get your furniture. If UPS loses your stuff your just screwed. No refunds, no replacements, nothing! Just a big bend over, here it comes. Now I have a useless hutch that matches absolutely nothing. I have lost $500.00 monkeying around with these thieves! If I send the hutch back I only get part of my money back since (according to them) there is no legitimate reason for returning it! Ha! This place is an absolute dung heap. For God's sake do not buy ANYTHING from them!!! It will be nicked or shipped to someone in freakin china.

My couch was ordered last December and was delivered once damaged, ultimately taking seven months to arrive. Once here, it was the wrong furniture. The company has been difficult to deal with, multiple shipment delays, not concerned about the inordinately long time it's taken to get the couch to me and once the wrong couch arrived, they are simply picking it up again with no concern about replacing the product. This isn't the worst service I've had, but it's insane for the amount of money.

I ordered a coffee table on 11-2-05. The ETA was to be three weeks.After four weeks I called the company. I was then told it was on back order and wouldn't arrive until late Jan. I should have been notified, I was not. I had to email the company to cancel the order, it couldn't be taken care of over the telephone.It required several emails. The other concern to me is that this company charged my credit card BEFORE the item was shipped. I asked for confirmation from the accounting department stating that they had reversed the charges and was told (via email) that I would not be hearing from the accounting department.

Customer service is terrible with this company.

My beef with this company is that "easy assembly" means over 40 steps, with sub-steps, 15-20 wood pieces, and hundreds of pieces of hardware for one student desk and hutch. I don't call that "easy assembly", I call it professional woodcrafting! Only buy their stuff if you are a professional woodcrafter or you can afford to pay >$100 for a professional assembler (which you have to arrange on your own).

The customer service is horrendous. After waiting a long time for my merchandise and being told it was being shipped, I get an email saying I have to spend more money. After a long ordeal of trying to contact someone I was told I'd have to spend hundreds of dollars more or cancel my order.

FURNITURE SHOWED UP DAMAGED. WHITE GLOVE DELIVERS WAS A JOKE. THEY DROPED THE FURNITURE OFF AND LEFT. I HAD TO UNPACK EVERTHING MYSELF AND FOUND DAMAGED PARTS. SOME OF THE FURNITURE STILL HAS NOT SHOWED UP. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS STORE.

Seller did an outstanding job. The shipping company damaged the box and taped it up. The merchandise was damaged (minor scraches) but I did not pursue because of the length of time it took to get here.

Great experience. I would recommend it to others. The bunk beds are great. I figured out how to put them together although the instructions I received with them were not clear at all. They should be rewritten in a clear step-by-step process.

they don't seem to know if the item is available, however my charge card was charged over 2 weeks ago. I telephoned them 6 or 7 times as to the status of my order only to be told the would e-mail or phone me right back and I still have not heard from them.
