Customer service was good but parts came in damaged and incomplete. Returned all parts and requested refund.

Not good at all. I chose them because they had good ratings. My first order was later than expected and used. They were supposed to send me the product net day air and ended up only sending someone to pick it up without telling me to have the product ready to be picked up the next day. The new order didi not arrive until several days later, not as promised. Now I check the second order and it is in just as bad condition as the first. Now I will have to deal with them once again. Meanwhile my bathroom remodel has been on hold for the past 2 weeks!

i need the shower head wall mount bracket and hav emailed the company for the part. I wish I had found them before I purchased all of the other delta products I needed for my home. Their price was considerably lower than the local delta plumbing store..for the same products..next time will show op line with the model and serial number

Merchandise was paid to be shipped overnight, but wasn't. Trim was scratched. Customer service re-shipped both items overnight at their expense and picked up the damaged part at their expense as well. I was credited for the premium costs of overnight shipping. Customer service was as nice as could be, but merchandise wasn't received when needed.

Of the dozen online stores I used for my house renovation, this site was the BEST of all of them. Delivery was prompt, accurate, and shipment was very well packaged...no damage to any item from sinks to shower handles. The only thing I didn't like was not being able to speak live to a customer service rep. when you call. You either have to leave a voicemail and have someone return your call, or prompt live chat online. Either way, courteous folks and 100% satisfaction. Highly recommend.
