Don't buy the HP Business Inkjet 2800 printer if you might ever use 64-bit Windows.

I've now spent over 7 hours trying to get my new HP printer to operate properly... I paid over $1000 the 2800dtn(http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/us/en/sm/WF06b/18972-18972-236251-24728-3328074-429041-429045-429046.html) which is rated on their website to work properly with Windows XP x64, but I can't even get the installation program to complete. I keep getting an error saying that it can't copy a file. Tech support had me try about 15 different drivers, but only one would install... Of course it's not even close to being the correct driver, because it prints junk out, it does not use the duplex attachment, and it can't print on oversize paper (which is one of the main reasons that I bought a $1000 printer.) In addition, every time I restart my computer it stalls for a few minutes so it can try to install drivers for my printer (of course it fails every time), this is because HP had me install a driver that wasn't designed for it and my computer thinks there isn't a driver installed yet. Tech Support said to call back the next day, but when I did they said they couldn't help me and they couldn't escalate the problem to engineering. Now I have no way to print for my company. I've been having to go to Kinko's to print stuff. I'm so glad I have a $1000 brick taking up a huge amount of real estate on my desk. I will NEVER buy HP products again.
