Thank you for a great job and a great bed. I found you through a client and she was right. Not only is the bed great, (it took me about 5 days to figure out my proper firmness). My husband likes his side alot firmer than I do, and this is just working out great for us. You can't feel the ridge at all, between the two sides. That was one of my initial questions. There is no ridge at all. It just blends. We love it. The on-line instructions were very clear, no problem at all setting it up. The only thing that may have taken away from the whole thing is the smell of new foam, which actually dissipated after a few days. That is to be expected, but I would recommend letting it air out for a day or so before setting it up for that reason.
 The service was exceptional, from the initial phone call with a few questions, to the follow-up, and even the trucking company was efficient. The driver was on-time, actually early, and very polite. The way so many businesses conduct themselves these days, it was a refreshing change to get treated like royalty! Its funny how something like exceptional service can make one company stand out from the rest! I am really impressed and will give your information to my clients who ask what kind of bed I sleep on. (I am a massage therapist and people do ask that sort of thing.)
