I received the cartridges very quickly. The black was not recognizable by my printer. I sent an email and received a phone call informing me that a replacement would be sent and upon receipt of the replacement to return the unusable one. I realize that sometimes things don't work and I appreciate ink smile acting quickly to insure my satisfaction.

I get a coupon every month for 10% off my order which they apply automatically. I click on the link in my e-mail, I pick out my cartridges and how many I want,I sign in, I checkout!! (If I spend $40 or more, I get FREE SHIPPING. Otherwise, it is a very small shipping charge.) Then, I receive an e-mail acknowledging my order and in 2 days, my cartridges have arrived in my mail box!! I LOVE INKSMILE.COM !!!!

Overall, the site was easy to use. I was not satisfied with the information about the cartridges, relative to a comparison with the Epson branded product. For example, is the ink type the same or different, how long is it expected to last? Is the capacity the same as the original cartridge? I have a Canon i9900 which I use for large photos. I'm reluctant to order cartridges (it uses 8) because I need very high quality, and I'm not sure what inksmile offers.

There was no information on the website about whether the cartridges I ordered were brand-name or replacement. One was damaged slightly, and neither one worked in my printer. Although my shopping experience was pleasant, I experienced a lot of frustration afterwards.
