Inkjet Superstore is great. I ordered a cartridge on line for my HP LaserJet 4+ on a Tuesday via ground, and had my order delivered by the following Monday. The cartridge worked as expected. I would definitely order from this vendor again. On line ordering was easy and straight forward.

I'm one of your biggest customers and I have never been able to let you know what a great service you provide. I usually do not respond to forums but I was checking the other day how you were doing and I saw one bad rating, but I said "Hey, I've bought from this place probably 7K in one year... and this is not true, fulfillment is usually great, with delays like we all have in our businesses and the Customer Support is amazing. Everytime I have a return to do, they're the fastest to process it... and they've given me cartridges for free sometimes.

I payed half as much for the toner cartridge from inkjet superstore than I would have from one of the major electronics stores. The item arrived quickly, and so far the toner cartridge prints crisp and clearly. I would recommend this store to anyone who can wait a few days to order a cartridge.
