Although the mrchant is ok and the product is very good the product was sent from another location (drop shipped) and the sender used a carrier (FEDEX) that I don't use and would not use If I had a choice. I believe that as a consumer who is paying for the shipping and product I should have a choice on the carrier who delivers my product.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

the parts that i got were the wrong one. I spoke with a rep. on the phone and was told that you had the parts I needed. after the part arived found out that they would no fit. After seversl emails and phone call i learned that you don't yet have the parts I need. I learned that I may have to wait till the end of next year. Great. Item 5 explanation: The order was split between UPPS and FEDEX shipping. The USPS tracking was perfect, but there was no tracking for the FEDEX. But, both arrived in a week or so.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
