I have ordered several products from Lambriar. Overall my experience has been OK with them. Several times the items in the catalog have been on backorder with no definite answer on when they will be in.

Most recently I ordered items online. I put in the shipping instructions to ship 2 day priority. I received an emailed stating the one of the items was considered ORM-D ACK and new shipping restrictions prevented such items from being shipped via priority. I read the notice and agreed to the notice concerning ORM-D ACK orders prior to completing my transactions, HOWEVER, Lambriar doesn't "flag" the items in your order that may be considered ORM-D ACK items.

Ultimately I ended up cancelling the order after 48 hours went by and after checking the status I was told the items had not shipped. The representative claims they don't get the order until 48 hours after the transaction.

I'm not sure if this was a BS story she came up with but it's still BS in my opinion. A company selling medical supplies, medicines, etc should take more priority than this over shipping. I specified 2 day priority for a reason. Even after finding out the items could not be shipped 2 day because of the ORM-ACK, there's still simply no good excuse why 48 hours later my order still had not even been shipped.

I may use Lambriar in the future ONLY IF I do not find a competitive company out there that offers some of the same products. If I do then I'd be more than willing to see how their service stacks up to Lambriar (or lack there of)
