Lambriar vet is ok for buying supplies that aren't time critical. However I would stay away from them for prescriptions. I had been a long time customer. I liked the prices, things were a little slow in getting to me the experience described below indicates that regardless of price, I need to look elsewhere:


I recently placed an order and had a prescription faxed in from my vet. The vet followed all instructions on their website and follow-up email. I received a call two days later saying that they couldn't fill the prescription since the vet didn't send a cover page. They did not mention the cover page requirement in their instructions. I called them and asked them to simply verify the prescription with the vet which they refused to do and only gave the reason as "we don't do that". This is after pointed out that they didn't indicate that a cover page was required. I then had the vet call in the prescription onto their prescription line. They never had a record of the call and still refused to verify the prescription. I ended up cancelling the order and don't plan to order from them in the future.
