Lane Bryant

I clicked that I would shop at Lane Bryant again but am not convinced I would. Customer service is unacceptable. There is NO customer service number to contact by phone anywhere on the online site. I received slow email response to a concern. I had to call the credit line to ask for the customer service number. The customer service representative had no clue what he was talking about. Customer service agents have no idea about policies of Lane Bryant (especially about shipping). Also I had to return a large portion of my order because everything was TOO BIG. Sizing charts would be helpful but were no where to be found online. It cost me a FORTUNE to ship items back as Lan Bryant has no return shipping policy like all other online sites I order from (usually $6.95 deducted from my return total). That really sucked.

I'm very happy with the two blouses I purchased but not so much with the two bras. As with most women I talk to about finding the "perfect bra" you know how hard it is to find one, and I do actually have the "perfect" bra that I purchased thru Lane Bryant, but thru several trial and error purchases and a few e-mails to customer service, I guess that particular bra is discontinued now. Anyway, the two bras I ordered look like they're made of foam. For the price I paid for them, it's not at all what I was expecting. I haven't worn one yet but as of now, I'm not impressed with the 2nd half of my purchase.

I love Lane Bryant! Shopping is easy, sizes are standard and the prices are good, especially when the clothes are on sale. Now, if only they could open stores in Canada, it would be greatly appreciated and a welcome competition for the overpriced plus-size stores here.

Great Points: - All clothes are being displayed on an actual model to assess the fit. 1. There seems to be some inconsistency in the sizes and actual fit. This was never a problem before - but now seems to be happening more often - the usual size purchase is either too big or in some rare instances -too small. 2. The selection of work suits (pants and jackets) is not enough - more variety and options like those offered in stores need to be available online as well. 3. The pictures being displayed - sometimes do not show the changes in colours when selecting the different colours offered. 4.Using the colour black also hides the real fit - therefore try to display other colurs as well where offered 5. All pictures with the models should display the rear view of the products as well as the front - so you can get a proper assessment of the product and its fit. 6. Fit assessments would be better if the product was displayed on various sized models. As a full-figured sized store - it important for online shoppers to have a better ideas of the possible fit - this can only be assess seeing the fit on various sized models - in particular for larger sizes such a size 14-16 or 18-20.

Lane Bryant was very easy to order from and the delivery was very prompt. I only wish their prices weren't so high, I would shop from them more if they were lower. My daughter and I are both plus sizes but I usually look at Lane Bryant last because they are so high.

I have used Lane Bryant more years then I can remember, will use until I die. Excellant value and service. Wished that they shipped out of US. As I have lived out of the States 11 years now. So I have things shipped to my brothers house and I pick up or they shipped on once a year. Thank You

Once again, a fabulous shopping experience! My only complaint is that I would love to be able to see the back of the clothes, too. Sometimes there's a little added detail (elastic banding, tie strings, etc) on the back (and not in the description) that can make the clothing not-quite what you wanted!

It was ok. When you add an item to your shopping cart, there was no option to go back to your item search where you left off. therefore, every time you added an item, you'd have to start at the beginning. ie: found jeans on page 3 of shopping criteria, added to cart, had to begin at page 1 again and click through to page 3 where i left off. You should include a "back to shopping" button in your shopping cart page if possible. otherwise and enjoyable shopping experience.

web site very easy to navigate. the dress is very nice, but a little small in the bust area. the dresses should be cut a little more generously on top given fact that this is a plus size company and a lot of us are shopping that site just because of that one body area. this one issue keeps me from giving an excellent rating; otherwise the dress is great and a very good value.

The site is not easy to navigate. For example, I bought two pairs of similar sleep shorts, but had to enter two different style numbers rather than entering one style and selecting from the two patterns. It takes extra, unnecessary time. Also, it is difficult to find what you're looking for.
