I had the worst online shopping experience at lnt.com, and I've been buying online for almost 8 years. The item I ordered went on sale for a three-day sale. I purchased it between midnight and 6am the first day. My item showed available, my order was accepted and confirmed. The item continued to show available on their web-site for the next two days and after the sale ended. The day after my order, I received an email stating the item I purchased was back-ordered and I would receive an email as soon as it came in & shipped. Eleven days later, I finally wrote asking what was happening to my order. In 3 days they wrote me stating that the item was out-of-stock. The next day they cancelled my order. This was my son's Christmas gift. I was counting on this. I could have gone out and purchased the item somewhere else within the TWO WEEKS it took them to get around to telling me the item they listed was infact never available. Now I cannot find the item, and it's too close to the holiday to order it online without paying an arm & a leg. I will NEVER shop at lnt.com or Linens 'N Things again, and I recommend AVOIDING them at all costs!
