It's been almost a week and I still cannot find out when my order will come. Twice I've called, and twice I've been told that it was being shipped out that day and that I would receive an email within a few hours. I have yet to get any emails or tracking information.

well i placed my order 6 days ago and still dont have confirmation that my package has even been sent yet..its a birthday gift that i dont belive is going to arive in time..they dont tell you on there web site that it may take over a week to even send out your order..then you still have to wait for shipping..im not very happy with that.!

The site was very easy to use and provided good details about the different products. Instructions for/during check-out were simple to understand and follow and the whole process from start to finish went very quickly. It's how shopping online should be!

Good overall. They had good advice on the phone about choosing among different juicers. My one complaint was that they didn't update the shipping status as quickly as I would have liked -- my order shipped from the manufacturer on a Friday, but LivingRight didn't send out a ship notification or update the online order status until Monday morning.

Excellent item and purchasing experience. I was unable to track the item at UPS, but that may have been due to UPS, and not the merchant; they did provide me with the tracking number in a timely fashion. I'm very pleased with the simplicity and functionality of my grain mill:)

misleading information about product and delivery. One week after charging my credit card they still haven't even processed the order. From my inquiry to customer service it is obvious that the item is drop shipped from the manufacturer. This should be stated in the checkout process and that delays will occur. I am quite dissatisfied.

The purchase was simple. The delivery of my purchase was too long. I believe the long delivery was the fault of the postal service, not the merchant. The merchant attempted to satisfy my order.

I ordered an item that was listed in stock over a week ago. After the checkout I was informed that the item was back ordered and a confirmation would be sent when the item was available. I have not recieved any confirmation email or order status to date. I would probably not use this site again to order mechandise.

This is the second $274 juicer I bought from vendor (it's a gift) - I was pleased w/ my first order and went back for more. It took a week to get the juicer...I guess that's about normal, especially around the holidays. I was tracking it online and was worried yesterday when shipment was still pending (I had ordered late Friday night, and now it was Thursday and still pending!), but then they fedex'd it out late Thursday night and I got it today! Just in time! Thanks very much.

I e-mailed them on a Saturday re: shipment date; they e-mailed me back that day (Saturday), and kept in contact until the item was shipped from the factory. I was very impressed...and pleased.
