STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CLUSTER... OF AN ORGANIZATION.
I'm sorry that I did not find this other review of Morehome.com before I ordered. I have to agree with my frustration in everything this other reviewer said. Morehome.com has so many problems with their checkout system, their warehouse (this is the major issue), their
phone system which is also non working and their supervisors who never return a call or email. Nice, huh? Run don't walk when you see Morehome.com come up on a google search. Be aware that they have many subsidiary websites. Avoid them all.

Basically I was told via email they didn't have the plumbing supplies a week after everything looked like a go. So I ordered from another website (faucet depot which is great by the way!) Not only did this upset the whole building schedule but the next day I got a call (hooray) but they told me the warehouse wasn't out, it was actually shipped. If I wanted to cancel I could. So of course I did. Now I have their plumbing supplies and the new plumbing supples but the best one is Morehome.com expects me to pay a re-stocking fee. I had a fit. We got that straightened out But I forgot to ask about shipping back to them (never assume anything!!). Now they expect me to send that back on my dime. I'm waiting (and expect to wait forever) for a supervisor to call back. In order to get reimbursed on my credit card I'll have to bite the bullet and send it back (with someone signing for the delivery of course)!! What a mess
