I received the uti-free but not the ear drops. I called and they said they would send the ear drops and again I received another bottle of uti-free and NO ear drops. I called a few more times and only got a recording so I left a message saying I wanted my money back! I have not heard from anyone and its been weeks. I guess I'll try calling again.

The product is good but though it has impoved somewhat, he still has it. I would repeat the rder however, the amount is too littl and too expensive, much mor that a prescribed remedy and is not fair! Please LOWER YOUR PRICES THEY AE OTRAGEOUS! That would have repeat customer, more satisfied and more likely to buy more from you!

I tried working with Casey & your Drop Ship program for one of my customers. Casey NEVER return any of my phone calls even when I requested to speak to her when leaving voices messages on her voice mail & e-mails sent. I would get generic e-mail messages from her as to why the product could not be ordered. I ended up referring my customer to another manufacturer. Casey sent another e-mail & I stated that I referred my customer to another manufacturer & to this day I have still to hear back from her or anyone at Nature's Remedies. I have kept ALL e-mails if anyone cares to review. VERY disappointing that a business will have people act this way. i guess they don't need the sales.

In the past I have been able to receive a 25% discount on my orders over the phone, unfortunately with my last order the representative was not as generous as in the past and did not offer me that discount.So I decided to then place my order by email instead and use the coupon I had of lesser discount. The difference might have seemed small but to me it is a big deal since I purchase these items for my son on a regular basis year round, it adds up. Every little bit helps! TY
