The product description was great. I really like that they recommend which types of rugs to use where. I have really slippery tile in my entry way and the sisal rug is working great. The latex backing keeps it from slipping. Loves it.

Good web site, easy to navigate and to order. Shipping was extremely fast. Minor problem with quality of one of the two rugs: during manufacturing the latex backing had oozed through gaps in the weave of the front surface and stained the sisal in two long, narrow, cream colored stripes. The rug is too large to start shipping it back and forth trying to resolve the issue. This experience would make me hesitant to purchase a large item via the internet again. Quality control has to impeccable.

We'd ordered our Bombay Sisal rug sunday evening and received it Wednesday by UPS Ground! The quality of the pictures on-line was exactly what we were expecting and received. Our Bombay Sisal rug looks fabulous in our dining room.

I placed this order in early April and I was told it would be 7-14 days until delivery. On April 13th I called to inquire about my order. I was e-mailed back that the item I ordered was on back-order and would ship out on or about the 26th of April. I requested that the seller give me an exact ship date and time because I would need to locate the item elsewhere. To date I do not have a Fedex or UPS number to reference. I don't have a problem with back-orders, but I believe I should have been informed. I don't plan to use this company again.

We purchased the bamboo runner because we wanted something solid to cover carpet in entryway--we wanted something that could be damp-mopped. The rug looked like it could be damp mopped. It wasn't until after the transaction was finished that the care instructions appeared for the rug--and it can't be damp mopped. Would have been nice to know that up front.
