Northern Tool

Everything that had to do with Northern was good. My only complaint was with the shipper. When we received the Go Kart the box that it was in looked like it had been roughed up quite a bit. The parts and pieces inside the box were probably not in the same place they were originally set, however, aside from some scratches everything seemed to be usable.

Ordered small torch was suppose to come with pizo lighter, it did not. Fire wood cart came with no directions and lacking a part needed for the wheel. Neither of these problems were a big deal but it should not have happened.

The product was very good although I was a little disappointed that the local Northern Tool store didn't have the item in stock and the Customer Service rep ont he 800 line had no visability of the stock in my local store. I would have preferred to purchase it locally if I could have received it in a reasonable amount of time and saved the $56 shipping charge.

Everything went fine. the only problem was on my end i didnt have a high enough limit on my creditcard. It wouldve been nice if i couldve know what truck my stuff was gona be on so i could track it myself

More attention to the packing of products needs to be done, sevearl times I have recieved my orders with the boxes broke down and in some cases open. Even though the things I ordered were ok, it frustrating to receive a new item in this manner.

The search feature needs a lot of work. When doing a search it only finds what is in the main title for the item, but does not look in the description.

It was easy shopping on the internet. I was able to find what I wanted and also able to read about the product. The price with the postage included was a better deal than I thought I would of had to pay.

The product was fine, but when I bought the valve online ther was nothing saying they would be a week delay in processing my order, instead it said it will arive in 5-6 business days. when I finally got it it was 8 days. If there's going to be a delay in someone order at least someone could pick up the phone and call to inform me. When i called to find out what was going on I found out it was just then being process, 5 days after being ordered.

Disappointed in their moving to cheap imported products that are copies of quality products they used to carry.
Ordered a trailer (1 ton capacity) that after 1 month of use is falling apart. Paid a good penny for it as I thought I knew who the manufacturer was, but saw the sticker under the trailer which showed who the real manufacturer was.
They used to be a good company to deal with, but they have lost my business for good.

What I ordered and looked at in the picture is not what I got. After talking with a representative he found where when the order that Norther made was not what they had ordered either. Your pictures needs to be updated.
