Number1appliance carries all the major brand appliances you are looking for. I found it very easy navigating through their website. I had a few questions so I decided to call up. I spoke to a very nice and informative salesperson. I decided to purchase a kitchen aid built in refrigerator. After searching all over the web number1 was the cheapest price and also offered free delviery and a free 10 year warranty. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Absolutely Horrible.Couldn't find my order. Waited 30 days for delivery. The specs were wrong and wouldn't fit through doorway.customer sevice no help was told would have to pay for order even though I refused deliver because of thier mistake. never again. I will stick to brick and morter store for major purchases.
When you try to complain they put you on hold for more than 30 minutes or hang up on you or tranfer you to an answering machine or tell you they can't help you because it isn't their area of expertise.
I had to land line phones and a cell phone going to try to get in touch with them. I finally had to have my credit card company do a charge back on them. Please Please save yourself the headache and do not use this company. they promise the world and deliver nothing

I got a great price on the washer and dryer I ordered. I got the product in 2 weeks and everything is working great. I had to call once to check the status of my order and Brad was great at finding out and getting back to me within the same day.

Their customer service department was great. They showed they cared about my problem and get it resolved. Anybody can sell something online it is the companies that take care of customers that have a problem that will get repeat customers. They have a repeat customer now.

I don't normally do reveiws on sites like this, but the service I received from the staff at Number1 appliance was outstanding from start to finish. I felt they deserved a little praise. I looked for a long time for a refrigerator to replace the one from Whirlpool that has lasted me for over 25 years. I hadn't tried buying anything this big over the internet before. I was told to check out shopping.com by a friend. It was there that I came accross Number 1 Appliances. The refrigerator I bought had the lowest price I could find by far. Also, they were the only store out there offering a FREE 10 year warranty with the refrigerator. While that might not make a huge difference to some people, I have had to pay to have my dishwasher fixed before and it can get expensive. I couldn't believe Number 1 was giving that to me for free! When I called to get help entering the order, Jack was extremely helpful and patient with me. He made sure everything was ordered correctly and that I was aware of the free warranty. My new refrigerator was delivered within two weeks and looks and works GREAT! When I need new appliances for the rest of my kitchen, I'll definitely give the people at Number1 my business.

I was looking for a whole kitchen full of high-end appliances for my new home and was apprehensive until I talked to Mike. He was the most knowledgeable person I have ever talked to about appliances. He made recommendations that saved me money and kept me from making so many mistakes. I wish every time I shopped, I got the same treatment. The kitchen turned out fantastic and I love showing my appliances off to all my friends. I am sold on Number 1 from now on.

I have never encountered a more honest company. I ordered the wrong product and when I called my sales rep Gary he found the product I really wanted and took excellent care of me. He was considerate and patient throughout the process. I didn't have to worry about a any sort of cancellation fee. They just got me the product that I wanted. I couldn?t ask for more! I will never go anywhere else.

I couldn’t be happier. I wanted a very high-end kitchen and looked everywhere for the best deal and their prices were the lowest. I love the fact that they included a 10-year warranty on all my appliances, which made the deal even better. I will tell all my relatives about them.
