I received the product very fast and actually prefer this form of application over OPC3. I do hope this product does more for me than OPC3 and I am looking forward to better health and energy. The owner really knows how to do eBusiness. The order processing was handled professionally. The package was received in good condition with illustration materials. Only 1x out of 6-7 orders I've placed was I not happy. The powder mix was very bitter and discolered. I tlkd. to a rep. and sent it back. Only thing that would have put their svc. at an excellent rating would have been to offer to pay my s&h to send the product back.

I only have seen OPC Xtra on the web site. I am not aware of any other products. The only thing that could be improved upon is their phone service. No one is ever available to answer questions. The only option is voice mail. Then many hours later someone will call you back. It would be nice to be able to call the number and speak to someone right away and not have to wait for hours to hear from someone. Other than that, I love this product. It is shipped at warp speed to my home, so I do appreciate that a lot.
