It was fine. The product was ok, the experience was fine. Not min-blowingly fabulous, but fine. I'd use Overstock again.

Overstock has a horrible return policy. They make you pay for shipping the item back AND they charge a 15% restocking fee. I had to give this watch to someone else because it didn't fit the original person I bought it for. Bluefly doesn't charge a restocking fee, and are the all around better site, although they only sell apparels. Ovestock pounds you over the head with the "outlet shopping" thing and uses it as an excuse for its lack of frills and courtesy you find at conventional shopping sites.. Well, I found the same watch for a lower price on another site, so the prices are not THAT great either.

There is not enough information about the DVDs, especially if they are wide screen or full screen. I usually decide on what to buy using the Amazon.com web site. Then I check for lower prices at Overstock.com. I still buy about 75% of the time through Amazon.com. Their descriptions, selections, prices and free fast shipping are usually a better deal than Overstock.com.

Return policy seem to confusing. Although I tried to change my order before it would arrive on the same day that I order, but I was told it was too late and it had to go through the normal process and than return the merchandise. Why????

I love shopping at Overstock, I tell all everyone I know about their products and great customer service. I purchased a bed from them last year and I love it, and it only costed $2.95 shipping, that was awesome!!! I also purchased a Movado watch from Overstock and they gave me a 3 year warranty with my purchase, now that's customer service at its best!!!!

Fantastic! Their selection and was better than any other online or box retailer I looked at. The quality of the product for the price is unbeatable. Excellent but when I tried to order a second identical storage bench they had gone up in price from $199.99 to $299.99. This happened in less than a week. Book came in excellent condition. However, the rain shower head broke upon installation (there were no instructions, but I hand tightened it and a screw-type attachment stem snapped) I've used an instant bonding glue for metal and used strapping tape to complete installation. I have now purchases the same shirt three times. Twice it was sent in the wrong size. I have been refunded for one of the wrong shirts, the other is in the process of being refunded. The third shirt is shipped, but not yet received. The shirt and tie are of good quality and a great price. However, it this third attempt fails, I will cancel my account with Overstock.com. Since they are a Market America affiliate store, I expect better from them. It appears they have poor quality control in the shipping department. I have contacted Customer Service three times; the service has ranged from fair to excellent. Thanks for the opportunity to comment. I had purchased this same lamp previously - but in a different color (black), which we were very pleased with. I am slightly disappointed in this lamp as it was called "silver" & the photo on-line was a shiny silver looking lamp, but when it arrived the color is more of a flat looking gray than a shiny silver that we had expected. We will still be able to use it, but the color was definetly not what I expected.
