My shopping experience with Perfume Emporium is first rate. My order was processed and delivered promptly with no problems. I was also amazed that they were able to acquire this discontinued fragrance, because I tried almost everywhere else and was unable to find it.

The body lotion and the perfume were both old products. The scent is rancid, and the product box for the lotion looked like it had been used before, there was lotion on the inside of the box. I will be returning both products, and will not order from Perfume Emporium again.

One bottle of Perfume was opened. Plastic wrap was intact on one. It was missing completely on the other bottle of perfume. Makes me wonder if I received what I ordered? John Bass

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered some perfume for my wifes birthday in June, the goods never arrived. I was given the same story as many other people about the order being lost in the post, strange how the Perfume Emporium could never give me an actual proof of posting though! I requested a full refund, they told me that a refund had been issed late July which i never received, today they have told me that they are unable to handle the amount of refunds they are having to issue and that they will now have to send me a cheque and that they are processing them in the order that orders were placed. How many orders have they actually got wrong!! Also by sending the email tday they have admitted that the original refund they claimed had been sent in July hadnt been - therefore a total LIE. I'll be suprised if i ever see the cash again - for your own sake, steer clear of this rip off company

first ordered the perfume and it was damaged. customer service sent me another bottle free of charge - i will never shop anywhere else for my perfume.

The outside of the box and packing was perfect but the inside box was crushed and the cap on the imside was broken and some leaked out. I love the scent and am using it with many compliments. If it were for a gift, I wouldn't buy again from them but for myself I would.

Do NOT use this company, they tell you that they have sent your order but it never arrives...then they say Royal Mail have no record of it and tell you they are sending a replacement (but only due to constant hassling by email and threats of contacting Trading Standards).  My order finally arrive 8 weeks after I initially paid for it online. What has prompted me to write this review is the fact that, unbeknown to us both, a friend made an order with this company and is still waiting for her perfume.  As she paid by Barclaycard, they are investigating.

I did not know Lagerfled would be the "tester" bottle. It was packaged almost like what you would find in purchasing over the counter at places such as JC Penney, Dillards, etc. It was very easy to search for what I wanted and the checkout procedure was very quick. the eternity body cream that I ordered was old. it had turned a yellow color. the last one that I ordered from a different sight was white.

A week or so after receiving my purchase I received a notice saying that I was entitled to a rebate of my shipping costs, so I went to the web site the notice told me to go to. After reading the (very) small print, I noted that in order to receive the "free" rebate I would have to register and agree to pay a monthly fee. This really turned me off. Might I humbly suggest that you disassociate with the company that offered this so-called "free" shipping rebate. Other than that, my shopping experience with the Perfume Emporium was great.
