PERSONALIZATION MALL SUCKS

I recently purchased a caricature at Personalization Mall and let me tell you, it sucked. I understand that a caricature has exaggerated features but it still looks like the person. I was really excited when I received it and when I opened it up I was like, "WHO'S THIS?" It looked nothing like the photo I gave them to draw. The only thing they had correct was the face shape. The eyes were a completely different shape AND color. The mouth was oddly distorted, (not normal at all) the face had an extremely sweaty look to it and her nose was strange.

When a caricature is done you are supposed to exaggerate ONE feature, NOT COMPLETELY CHANGE THE ENTIRE FACE. WHEN I HAD ONE DONE THEY MADE MY EARS HUGE..BUT IT STILL LOOKED LIKE ME. WHEN FRASIER CRANE HAD ONE DONE, THEY GAVE HIM A HUGE FOREHEAD. AND IT LOOKED LIKE HIM STILL.

I HAVE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS AND SENT THEM PHOTOS OF THE CARICATURE AND THE PHOTO OF MY MOTHER FOR THEM TO COMPARE AND ALL THEY SAY IS, "THE PRODUCT WAS CORRECTLY MADE" AND THEY KEEP HIDING BEHIND THE FACT THAT IT WAS A CARICATURE AND USING THAT AS AN EXCUSE TO DO A BAD JOB.
