Your web site is very user friendly, I did have to redo the order of the photos a few times before I got it right, but that was my fault not any of yours. The product came out good but the pictures on the mug were smaller than I had anticapted but they looked fine anyway.

I didn't have time to complete the order on the first day and when I went to finish the order there was a slight discount which was a nice surprise. There was a mix up in addresses to which to send and bill that required a phone call. Then, the item was shipped to the wrong address. However, the customer service rep was very speedy in correcting the mistake and the item was shipped to the correct address in a very timely manner. Then I discovered that another one had gone to the incorrect address. So now my gift recipient will have two!

This was a great shopping experience. The website was easy to use. There was an option to see the product online prior to buying. The product shipped and was received extremely fast (I made another online purchase from a different vendor the same day as this one and it came a week later than the order from Personalization Mall). I sent a present to my boyfriend for our anniversary. Everything was very good, except from the fact that I could not organize it so that he could receive the present exactly on our anniversary date, because it was not clear how long it would take to prepare it (1-2 days) and ship it (3-5 days). In the end it took 7 working days. But the quality is great and the service is very good. I only miss an option, qhere I can choose that I want the present to be delivered in an exact date (even if it means that it must be kept in your store for a couple of days). Maybe you already have this option and I did not see it? Thanks again for your great service, Lorena

I shopped this item to my niece in Az. She gave me the wrong address. When I e-mailed the company for advice as to how to correct (since it had already shipped), they said they could do nothing since I had confirmed the info. (which I had) They were no help at all. I finally got in touch with UPS and the item was delivered properly but was broken.I again contacted the co. they re-shipped another bell, but again to the incorrect address. It is in transit as we speak, on it's way to the wrong address. Don't know where it will end up at this point. Very difficult procedures for a fairly simple transaction.

This was a gift mailed directly to recipient. I have not heard from this person yet, so I have no idea if it was received in a timely fashion or in what condition it was received. I actually thought that the way it was worded, the gift card personalization was not being charged for, only after taking the time to complete all the information needed, did a charge appear, and a rather large charge in my opinion. I would not order a card again at that price!
