I bought a tiny bought of ear drops and paid something like $7 to ship it! It was really outrageous. The product was fine but there was no need to ship it in the sized box. I had a bag of cat food get broken, along with the box it was shipped in. The customer serivec promptly took care of me, refunded the amount of the cat food, shipped out a new bag, and filed a complaint with UPS. I don't like that all the products don't come up. I typed in dog car seat....only 8 came up. If you don't go into one and look at it , then you don't get the option to look at other items. I could not locate the car seat I needed, so I ordered from Dr. Foster and Smith. The items I ordered were apparently on back order and I was not aware of this until AFTER I made the purchase online. I received a notice from PetSmart stating the items were backordered, but did no where did it tell me when I might receive this shipment. Had I known the items were on back order, I simply would have gone to the store to purchase them. I am pleased to shop with PetSmart since I am 60 miles away from a store and have three dogs and two cats. I especially enjoyed the free shipping in February. That helped considerably in my decision to order with PetSmart. I enjoyed free shipping, but the shipping surcharges are a joke. If you advertise free shipping, then it should be free. No surcharges. That is my only dispute about the order. The selection wasn't of food wasn't that large to choose from, but I was able to find something. I received my order in a good timely manner and I was pleased not to have to go to the store.
