AWFUL!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a new battery for my laptop from them and at first I thought everything was great because it arrived quickly. But when I opened my package they had sent the wrong battery. It took me 3 days to get in touch with them because I got an answering machine every time I called. I finally spoke to someone and they told me to send the wrong battery back and they would replace it with the right one. I did this and had the package insured at the post office. 2 weeks later I still didn't have my battery. I called them again (this time it only took 2 days to get in touch with them) and they told me that they hadn't recieved the package yet. I went to the post office and they showed me that the company had indeed received the package, 2 days after I mailed it. The post office won't give me my money that I insured it for because of this. I have been calling them again for the past 3 days and they won' answer. And I still don't have a battery for my laptop. Stay far, far away from this company.

BAD EXPERIENCE

As others have recommended I would not do business with this site. I ordered an item with overnight shipping and was billed as such, but the item was shipped via ground shipping. I called their customer service dept. and they said they would refund the difference, but never did. I do not recommend doing business with this site. They had a very nonchalant, cavalier attitude when I called them and didn't really care that they had a dissatisfied customer.

I ordered two replacement keyboards from Priority Electronics.  One worked fine, the other was the wrong keyboard.  The keyboards were shipped from different locations.  For the wrong keyboard, I had to help THEM determine which keyboard they should send me (they asked me to take a picture of the back of the keyboard for them).

I had to pay for the return of the incorrect keyboard.  And the emailed sales receipt for the replacement keyboard is incorrect (I won't go into details).

I'm still waiting for the correct keyboard.

Stay away.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

I order a part at 12:53 on Wednesday December, 5th 2007. I paid for overnight shipping ($19), and express processing ($3) for a Compaq EVO N160 Series Laptop Keyboard. I did not recieve a tracking number or the part the next day. I had to call their customer service department (I was on hold for 10 mins before someone came to the line). After I gave her my order number, she put on hold. When she finally returned to the phone, she said "our shipping department made an error and the part was never shipped" I run a fairly large buiness serving SMB. My client expect for things to be done on time. I will never order from Priority Electronics ever again, nor should you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I wish I had checked here first before ordering a replacement keyboard for a laptop. These guys sent me a broken keyboard. I called customer service and received the answering machine during business hours. I emailed them, asking for an RMA, and finally received an email days later. They charged me a $10 restocking fee! To restock a broken keyboard? So they can sell it to some other unsuspecting victim? Stay away from them! After reading other reviews about them, it appears as if they stay in business by charging "restocking fees" on all of their broken items that you'll inevitably have to return. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

Deceptive

Ordered what was described as a "new" replacement keyboard for a notebook. When the keyboard arrived, it had some of the same labels, barcodes, etc as the original. These labels were yellowed, and appear to have been stained. There were several additional labels that were not original. There were crumbs and hair around and under the keys. The surface of the keys were slightly caked with dirt. Several keys were sticking from the dirt. After cleaning the hair and crumbs, the keys did work. The original manufacturer's website recommends cleaning the key surface with isopropyl alcohol. This melted the surface of the keys on this replacement. Never happened on the original. Priority Electronics never responded to e-mails. I will now order from the original manufacturer and
chalk this up to a lesson learned.

Great at taking money; terrible at delivering product. (Two experiences)

Part II: 'Priority Electronics' apparently also does business as 'Priority Laptops' and 'Priority Batteries'...having found the same part on the same search with (seemingly) different sites, I tried to place an order by phone for the part which the Web site and the phone operator assured would be delivered in two days.

Upon further questioning, he did reveal that 'the part is out of stock, and we don't know when we'll get it.' --Bear in mind: This was after having taken the order, the credit card information (which is surely still floating around in their system), and telling me that I'd have the part the day after tomorrow.

There is something seriously wrong with this 'company'.

Ordering went smoothly--I requested overnight delivery. Credit card charged. Next day, got confirmation e-mail saying product would be shipped and received on schedule.

Next day, no e-mail or product. Called, put on hold. Snotty representative informed me that 'we're out of stock'; that 'my credit card would be credited', and 'if I wanted, I could get a confirmation e-mail'.

Worst Internet shopping experience that I've ever had.

This was one of the worst shopping experiences, Internet or otherwise, that I have experienced. Order placed on Dec. 6. I started calling Dec 15, as we had heard nothing, although they hit up the credit card immediately. Our customer was getting impatient. I called and e-mailed repeatedly, for days. Finally, I had a human pick-up the line, after calling a dozen or so times on Dec. 19 & 20. I asked for a refund so that I could take our business elsewhere. We'll see if we actually book the credit on the charge card. I will NEVER shop on this web-site again.
Made me wonder if the positive reviews were self-ratings.
They said that they had moved the warehouse, couldn't find the order & couldn't contact their vendor. ugh!!!

16 Days Later, I Have No Battery, They Have My Money

I placed an order on 11/30 for a laptop battery and was charged right away. I was told that an e-mail would be coming soon with my shipping number. By December 2, I still hadn't gotten a number, so I e-mailed sales@priorityelectronics.com and got no reply. On December 4, I e-mailed them again because I still hadn't heard anything and I still got no reply. So I called them on December 5 and was told that my battery had been on back order but it would be shipping soon with a free upgrade to 2nd day shipping and I'd get an e-mail with a shipping number. On December 13, 2 weeks after placing the order, I had no battery and no shipping number and I was still missing $50 from my bank account. I called them again and was told by another operator that "there was some confusion on the part order so it had been held up." Today was Wednesday and they couldn't promise that I'd have it my the end of the week, 16 days after placing my order. I canceled the order, but we'll see how quickly I get my money back.

I bought computer ac adaptor for thoshiba PA3237U-1ACA ,
which advertising said, it is not OEM , and after i received product, it is OEM.
They even have bed customer service, never respose e-mail question. strong suggetion to not buy from this site.

Worst possible rating

Possibly the worst customer service on the planet. I place an order for two items, and was charged for both. I only received half of my order! I called customer service and left a message on their "answering machine", as well as sent them an email asking where the other item was. Three days later they responded with an email saying that the product was out of stock.( the site still says they are "in stock & ready to ship today") The the product I did receive was DOA(ipod). Being totally disgusted I did not want an exchange so I requested a return authorization... that took 8 days. Now I am being charged a $23 "restocking fee" plus paying shipping both ways. I emailed "Customer Service" to ask why I was being charged for them to "restock" a DOA product. I received a rather rude letter explaining that they had to charge that, to cover shipping it back to the mfg. , paperwork etc??? I thought that was called the "cost of doing business". After reading the reviews here and elsewhere it appears they are making a nice living just off of restocking fees on damaged merchandise. Buyer beware!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Priority Electronics at all. Originally they told me they did not have the hard drive I ordered so I canceled the order. Then they called back the next day and said they did, so I ordered it. It arrived quickly enough, but was the wrong hard drive. Since then I have been fighting with them to get it returned for a full refund, but they want to charge me a restocking fee plus shipping both directions which totals about $30 for nothing. Not happy at all.

Horrible...Simply Horrible

I ordered some eraser head mouse replacements from them, and when they arrived they were the wrong size.

First of all, this product was on the accessories page for my laptop model, so that implies that they are compatible with my laptop. Wrong.

Second, they were $39.99 for 5 eraser heads. Crazy! I thought that was the going rate, but after I checked the IBM website, they sell a pack of 6 for $9.99. Oh well, it's my fault for not doing enough research before ordering...
