I was very disappointed in the product and will be returning it. Having to pay shipping costs to purchase the product and then having to pay shipping costs to return it does not make me feel that I will ever purchase anything again from Pro-Med Products, Inc.

Specialized product not found in stores. All exercise balls found in large chain-department stores were too small (up to 300 lb), but came with pumps and instructions. This one is right size (up to 600 lb), but has no pump or instructions, and what information there is is in Spanish and Chinese.

It was OK. It took 7 days to be delivered, but it arrived on the date indicated.

It took to long to acknowledge and process my order online (5 days to get a first response) and then I was told that the shipping was calculated wrong and it would be another fifty dollars, but they did give the option to have it send ground instead of second day. They did respond to my inquiries in a timely manner, but I have not heard back from them since and no way to track my order (at least I haven't been able to find a way going to their site). I would buy from them again, but I think I'd do it over the phone instead.
