when we were putting it together we notice we were sent 2 right foot pads, we called to get a left foot pad and were told it would take 7 days or we could pay to have it shipped over nite. why should we pay for your mistake? we spoke to a manager and the best he could do was 2 day shiping. this actually took 4 days, because it was a wednesday when we called and ups did not deliver on saturday

With the exception of a broken leg on the treadmill the produce was delivered with no problems, on time.
The guys that setup the treadmill were excellent in putting the treadmill together.

The treadmill had three major issues, the worst was that the motor was dead when plugged to power. We spent TWO hours on the phone trying to get hold of the right person as we were sent from one person to another. During this time we got all kinds of useless suggestions and information; as to open the treadmill and try to fix it over the phone. We also got an offer to have a technician over to our own cost! In the end they agreed to send a new. We then have to be home to recieve the treadmill, again to recieve the assembler and once again to have the broken treadmill shipped back. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

I received the elliptical with out a console in the box. When I called customer support to report that it was missing I was told that they were on back order and they did not know when more would be in. After calling back the 2nd or 3rd time to check on when the consle might ship talked the support rep into taking a console off another unit and sending it to me. I think that should have happened the first time that I called.

My elliptical arrived in a box that looked loke it was dropped around a bit and the head piece was broken. Also I was missing two bolts that hold the pedals on so not only did i have to wait 2 weeks to get the machine I still can't use it yet. I called the company right away when I got the machine and they did send another head piece and two screws not the right bolts so now I have to call again to get the right bolts and still can't use the machine.

Purchased elliptical machine online for a fair price and free shipping. A representative called me about 10 days later to "confirm my shipping details". It was actually someone trying to sell me the insurance (warranty). She pushed pretty hard. Had shipping delays, but that was the carrier's fault, not Proform's. Did have a great experience when I called in to talk to a sales rep, that person was very knowledgable (even if i did wait forever on hold just to get to a live person). Overall, a very positive experience with Proform.com.

Shopping at the site is very informative and easy to understand. The only complaint I had was in tracking my order and it took about 2 weeks to receive. The site to track order did not work. It kept asking for a PRO number which I could not locate.

Everything was as stated. We received the treadmill at the time we were told it would arrive. It is a little larger than we thought it would be but we had destroyed the package trying to get it out so couldn't send it back. It works great even though it is a little large for the area it is in.

I will always purchase from Proform as i believe they have the best products and warranties. The only issue i had with this shipment was the shipping which was two hours later than the time they had scheduled for me but that was my only issue with this shipment and i would consider it a minor one that i wouldnt expect to happen again. Again i would highly recommend Proform to anyone who asks me.

I found an elliptical trainer that I really wanted on their site, so I ordered it. Even though Pro-Form said this trainer was in stock, that didn't turn out to be the case. And to top it off, rather than contact me and let me know, they took my money and then shipped me a different elliptical trainer! When I received the wrong elliptical, I called them, and their response was simply that they sent this one because the one I wanted was out-of-stock. I am now out this money until they receive it back at their warehouse. I'm so disappointed with them, and will never consider ordering from them again.

We ordered an attachment to the ReCoil System and upon opening and putting together the System discovered the attachment missing screws, called the customer service department, explained problem, they immediately sent replacement parts by UPS. Couldn't be happier with customer service. The only problem we experienced with the Recoil System is the instructions for some of the exercises. The photos on the poster are hard to see where the pulleys are connected for certain exercises, and the instructions are not totally clear. The System itself is awesome, instuctions on specific exercises could be much better.

Ordering was easy; follow-up e-mails on status of order and shipment were good. I also contracted with them to have someone set-up the unit for me -- that was also a very positive experience -- and provided hours that, for a working person, were very workable. Also, one of the pieces of the unit was broken; when I contacted their customer service for a replacement -- easy and quick response -- and they also made arrangements to have someone come to my home to install the product. Extremely pleased with both their service, my ordering/installation experience, and the unit, itself.

The first treadmill shipped never arrived. After several phone calls from the shippers who lost the item I had to call to report the lost shipment to ProForm to get another one shipped out. My credit card was billed two weeks ago and I have yet to receive the treadmill or even a phone call to tell me when to expect it.

The freight company called me to schedule delivery and when they had a short delay I was called the day it was supposed to arrive with an explaination for the delay and a new time of delivery and was delivered in that window.

Purchase process was easy. However, I called the number supplied in the box to pay for someone to come to my home to assemble the treadmill. I was charged $159 for assembly which was immediately taken out of my checking account. I was told that I would receive a call within 3-5 days from someone to get an appt. set up for assembly. I called on 1/21/08, and I have not received a call as of today, 1/27/08. In my opinion, that is entirely too long to wait for someone to call, not to mention, once they do call, I am going to have to wait until the appt. for it to be assembled. I am on disability and bought this treadmill as part of my physical therapy and I am unable to use it. There should be better customer service when it comes to assembly.
