Loved the selection, pricing and ability to order online. My only feedback was regarding shipment - because I wasn't notified of how long it would take, I didn't know what to expect. Further, I think a link to UPS with a tracking number so that consumers can see when it was shipped, where the product is in transit, etc... would be an awesome benefit! Planning to purchase the rug (I only purchased a swatch) as soon as I get cooordinating bedding in the works.

The tracking on the site said order to be shipped in 1-2 weeks no change until 11 days later UPS tried to deliver with the requirement of in person signiture only. I would have thought me signing the Normal UPS notice would surfice. So I had to foward the package to the local UPS hub so I could pick it up, delaying my delivery 2 more days

Placed order on 10/10 was to ship in a few days; I vcalled when not received they were unsure of ship address city; I told them correct info they made note of it and said items would ship. I called week later when no shipment arrived, they said it would be here last Thursday. I called to let them know I did not receive order as promised, they checked with manufacturer, same address questions, I told them to just ship to the address I gave them they said it would ship today. Very poor communication and follow through on there part on this order. Will see if it shipped today wen I call to get tracking number tomorrow....

I ordered a 9 x 12 rug and according to the website, expected it to be delivered within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks and receiving a credit card bill with this charge, I called only to find out that the rug is made to order and they do not yet have a known delivery date.

I received the two rugs I ordered promptly. However, there was a drastic difference in the color between the two. When I called customer service to ask if two more from the same die-lot could be sent out to me, I was told that the manager would need to get back with me. To date, over two weeks later, I still have not heard from anyone.
I will not use this company again or recommend it to others!

I ordered three rugs and received only two of them on the original shipment. I called their Customer Service Department to explain the situation. They put me on hold and came back to say that the third rug would be shipped out the next day. Their attitude seemed to be very "ho-hum" or "so-what" - as if this is not an unusual occurrence. I like the particular brand, style and color of rug I ordered and will probably order from them again because of their free shipping policy, but I think they could have been just a little more interested in apologizing for the error. Also, I tried to track the shipment but received it before the shipping information was ever accessible on their website - making it useless.

The site itself is excellent. Ordering was easy and I immedeiatly received confirmation of my order. On the downside, the confirmation stated that my order would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. One week later, I received another e-mail stating that my order would be shipped in 1-2 weeks and that the order would be split into 3 shipments. The information about how the order was split and what had already been shipped was nearly indecipherable. The shipment numbers for tracking were not known on the shippers website. I received one of the 3 shipments and the next day received an e-mail that it had been shipped. I received all 3 shipments in a little over 3 weeks. If they had simply stated that the order would arrive in 3-4 weeks and supplied the shipment information in a more readable format, everything would have been fine.
