I think it was about 7 or 8 days before it came. I found the tracking info a bit confusing but maybe I just didn't understand it. The package seemed to spend two or three days in a couple of locations.

I have been ordering my swimsuits from swimoutlet.com for several years now. I am very pleased with the quality and selection. (I always order the suit with both front and back lining.) I participate in a MS swim aerobics class twice weekly.

Purchased two pairs of shoes. Delivery was very fast. One pair of shoes had defective eyelet for shoelace which company rep said would be replaced and that I would receive an e-mail with return tag/infor. I have not received that yet but it has only been one day.

They sent the wrong suit. I have ordered 3 times previously, and they sent the wrong suit another time as well. It seems the people that fill the orders do not read the models numbers to insure accuracy. The gal who answered the phone this time was very efficient and helpful. The right suit came within a couple of days.

The first suit I ordered was a size 16. It was too small. I then ordered a size 18, and this fit well. I would suggest ordering one or two sizes larger when ordering these suits. In a regular suit, I can wear a l4 or 16. But the suit is beautiful.

The shopping experience was satisfactory. I ordered 3 bathing caps - two bubble type caps and one plain rubber. The bubble caps seem a little big and I don't know if they will be effective in keeping out the water - won't know until this summer when I try them. The other cap is very tight. It may loosen up a bit with use, just have to see. Also the white rubber cap is not very large and is difficult to get my hair in the cap. I'll know more this summer when I actually can use them.

Customer service on the phone was excellent, I didnt have to wait or hold online. After 3 or 4 rings someone just pick up the phone Immediately with no voice recorder. They also responded in the good manner and timely. Although, I couldn't get the size that I wanted and end up cancelled my order, but I will still return to shop again in the future. Thank you!

Impressed that my order was perfectly filled & delivered even earlier than anticipated. This is my first on-line order ever as I am a picky shopper & leery about the negatives you hear re: internet shopping. From the clubswim mini sports towel for $5.95, beautiful array of swim caps by different companies to my simple clubswim goggles, all I can say "I AM SO HAPPY". I will definitely order from swim outlet again & recommend it highly.

Poor web site.  I went all the way through the purchase process and it kept indicating an error.  The web site isn't savvy enough to put an asterisk by what the issue is.  I finally made an overseas call back to the states (I work for the Army in Germany) and they informed me they don't ship to APOs (American post offices overseas).  The web page could have indicated that from the git-go but apparently they don't mind waisting people's time.  The customer service person (Mary) was rude as well.  I will spend my $ at web sites that support service members, not at swimoutlet.com.
