Their checkout system needs to be improved. Their shipping charge changed during the process. This merchant should offer USPS as a shipping option as this is way less expensive than UPS to Alaska and Hawaii. When the shipping change was brought to their attention, they did credit me the difference in cost. I felt that was very fair of them and give them an excellent in that area.

I was tentative about buying used textbooks from an online store, not knowing what condition the books may be in or how the store would handle a problem, however, the books were in very good condition and arrive in a timely fashion with no problems.

I didn't know that if you bought something and paid, that later you could receive an email that said it had already been sold. I didn't know that is how your website/service worked. Its no big deal, just never was told that.

My shopping experience at Textbooks.com was wonderful. The site was user friendly. I was able to select my books and place my order without any hassels. I was sent a confirmation e-mail that gave me a tracking number to use, a link to the carrier that would deliver my books, and told me when to expect to receive my books. Through the link and tracking number I was able to keep an eye on the location of my books, and the progress as to when to expect to receive them. I actually received my books on Friday, although I wasn't expecting them until Tuesday. So, as you can see, I was extremely pleased with the service I received through Textbooks.com.
