Beware this place is a joke. It says on their website a 100% money back guarantee. Yhea right! Thats if they will answer your e-mails or phone calls. After 3 e-mails and two phone calls with messages left I still have yet to get a response. How can you get a return authorization # in order to try and return something when they dont answers your messages. It seems as though they are running some kind of scam in my opinion. Stay Away. There are better cigar companies out there.

Adult Signature required via UPS is a HUGE hassle and is unnecessary. I have already paid for the cigars so "over $200" makes no sense. As for "Adult" I could certify that via web site. Having to endure repeated failed delivery attempts is not only an inconvenience for me but also results in stale cigars. I would be happy to fill out an on-line signature card.

Service was great. Product was not of the quality I am used to. The site shows Old Fashioned Dominicana label, but cigars were in a plain carton with no label and not of the quality that Old Fashioned Dominicana usually is. I will not be ordering again.
