Before purchasing I was concerned that the Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro advertised for $178 might be the student edition and/or might not include documentation, so I greatly appreciated your prompt response to my query email, assuring me that:

"This is the full commercial version of the software. They no longer include any paper manuals as they are in electronic form."

(FYI: I also emailed another software vendor offering a similar price, but they did not respond.)

After ordering, you provided a confirmation email that included a Fed Ex tracking number so that I was able to follow the shipment's progress right up to its arrival, a day earlier than expected, no less.

Except for scaring myself to death by first mistyping the product key, the installation went smoothly and Acrobat has been up and running as billed for over a week now, and the online documentation provided by Adobe is satisfactory.

I also appreciated your follow-up email allowing me express any complaints (there are none) and to provide feedback on my experience. Needless to say, I intend to use your services for any future high-priced software I need to buy, and will highly recommend your services to my friends and others.
