We purchased 3 NuWave oven Pros from Zaccardi's, the shipping is high, and the speed of delivery very was slow. Upon receipt and inspection, noticed one of the three (3) NuWave open Pro's appeared used, additionally this units "bottom pan" had dents in it, as if it were previously returned by someone else, additionally the unit was defective and did not work. After alerting Zaccardi's, it took them over a week to get back to me with an RMA#, along with their RETURN POLICY. We followed the return faulty merchandise directions to the letter, now paying shipping for a second time on this deffective unit. 2 1/2 weeks go by, I send an email to Zaccardi's to get an update as to when I will receive my replacement NUWAVE OVEN PRO, the reply from them was:

Can you please the supply the tracking number for this return. We do not
show that this unit has been checked into our returns department.

I replied by sending the tracking number, insurance info, which facility it was sent from, the transaction #, the time of day, which window and clerk that completed the transaction.

This is the tracking number? It can not be located in the USPS System?

AFTER HAVING THE POST OFFICE CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION, WE UNCOVERED THE FACTS...THE NUWAVE OVEN PRO WAS IN FACT DELIVERED TO ZACCARDI'S, AND THEY FLAT OUT REFUSED / REJECTED THE DEFECTIVE NUWAVE OVEN PRO THAT THEY SOLD TO ME, AND HAD IT "RETURNED TO SENDER", TELLING ME "THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM ME, AND IT NEVER CAME", THEY ARE FLAT OUT "BUSTED" . TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THEY SEND AN EMAIL STATING "PLEASE LET US KNOW IF WE CAN BE OF FURTHER ASSISTANCE, THANK YOU...CUSTOMER SERVICE" 3 DIFFERENT TIMES...NOW MORE THAN A MONTH later, AND NO SATISFACTION OFFERED WHATSOEVER. Customer service and overall satisfaction is A JOKE WITH THIS COMPANY.
THIS IS THE WORST INSULTING SCAM AND ATTEMPT BY A COMPANY NOT TO HONOR THE FAULTY MERCHANDISE IT SELLS TO A CUSTOMER THAT I'VE EVER SEEN, AND TO THIS DAY THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND HAVE NOT OFFERED TO REPLACE THE FAULTY UNIT THEY SOLD ME, AND CONTINUE FORWARDING INSULTING EXCUSES. I DON'T UNDERSTAND PEOPLE LIKE THESE, WHO USE THE INTERNET AS A FACE-LESS, GUT-LESS WAY OF SCAMMING PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE ONLY REASON I PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY IS BECAUSE THEY ARE UNDER THE BANNER OF AMAZON.COM
