Oh, how I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering from them. My story is very much like that of 'Shop at your own peril'. I received an engraved defective lighter - lighter was not maintaining the fluid. I e-mailed elighters who indicated that I can send back the item and request for either a replacement or a refund. (Note that "repair" was not provided to me as an option.) I sent it back at my own expense and requested a replacement. A few weeks later, I received the same lighter with a note saying that there's is nothing wrong with the lighter. I tried filling the lighter again, exactly following the instructions provided. After several attempts, lighter continued to leak. I sent it back at my own expense again and this time requested a refund. I received a phone call a few weeks later by a verbally abusive repair technician - he indicated that they will not be able to refund it because it had been too long since I purchased it. When I asked to speak to the manager, he suddenly became the manager. He indicated that the owner would contact me. I have not heard from him. I doubt I ever will.
