I woluld not recommend this store to anyone.  I ordered my Burberry London perfume, which is my signature scent.  I know what it is supposed to smell like and how long the scent is supposed to last.  The perfume was lighter in color and watered down.  The scent disappeared within 10-15 minutes.  I was very disappointed.  I called the company and the service rep. was very rude.  She did not apologize or try to make things better.  She acted like I was wasting her time.  I will shop back at Macys or Dillards for my perfume next time.  I sent my perfume bottle back to them 2 weeks ago and they received it, I still have not received my refund yet.  I called again to check on the status of my refund, and I was told that they had given me my refund.  Well I would like to know where or who it went to.  I keep getting the run-around.  I still do not have my refund.  I will never deal with these people ever again.

I received two gifts.  Both had the wrong product.  One was opened.  One return label was sent to the person who gave me the gift although I specifically noted that it should come to me.  One gift returned to me was correct--one again had the wrong product.  Very frustrating.

My favorite scent is readily available in EDP. I've only seen the EDT online in a couple of places including FragranceNet so I ordered it from them 9 days ago. The package arrived today...and they had shipped the EDP not the EDT. I called the FragranceNet Customer Service line and got the distinct impression from the phone rep that I was inconveniencing her rather than the other way around. After correcting my pronunciation of the product name, she said since the item was out of stock she would email me a return shipping label to put on the box and take down to my post office; when they receive the product I'll get a refund through PayPal. No apology. End of story. Just now when I checked their website this product shows "In Stock Today." Hmmmm...I'm going to keep the EDP and chalk this one up as a lesson learned. Based on the other negative reviews posted here, it seems likely that attempting to get a refund on this $70 purchase would be more trouble than it's worth.

Was looking for a hard to find mens cologne online. This store came up under the search results so went forth and made a purchase.  Once I did so I did a review of this store and was convinced I made a costly mistake.  However, I was emailed almost instantly after my purchase, the tracking details came a couple of days later and after a total of 8 days I received my cologne.  Its smells as it should, the price was reasonable and my skin is not yet burning so Fragrancenet gets a big thumbs up from me.

Discovered this website when looking for Juicy Couture perfume.  Website has some GREAT discounts on perfume and makeup.  Never had any problems with the products / delivery time.  I get the same product here as I would from any retail store, but for cheaper.

I can't speak for the folks who have had a bad experience with this website store.  I had a positive experience, but I must admit I was a bit cautious after reading all of the reviews and then I became downright worried when the e-mail I received from Fragrance.net said the package was shipped, but the USPS track and confirm ID number said it was not necessarily shipped.  Well I received it today--nine days after I ordered it via USPS.  Much better in my experience than UPS!  I consider 9 days  as fast as things come here to Hawaii, especially when shipped from New York.  The box was in original packaging and arrived in new condition.  My wife opened it immediately to determine it's authenticity.  Absolutely perfect!  I would certainly consider ordering from this company in the future.

Absolutely garbage of a store. I spent hundreds of dollars here and I always gave it one more try. My conclusion is that the products are always arriving in filthy condition. Damaged boxes, dust all over, sometimes the origin of the products is questionable in my opinion. The last cologne stated Made in China, and that is very scary. If you are buying for yourself its ok, but to buy here as a gift, I would never do that again. Shipping takes forever. To me Zappos is the standard. Shipping is free and done overnight.

Ordered easy on 25-02 They told me in a quick response on my email that it would take 30 working days to ship to the Netherlands. Its delivered on march 8!! So very quick delivery, and it was the product that i ordered. Got a good answer on my questions. Can't wish for more then this!

Compare prices before you buy here!! I was about to buy some Clinique Dramatically Different Lotion. They say $34.50 is a "discount " price. Well...Clinique.com sells it themselves for $23.00!! What a rip-off!! I called a customer service rep "Well we sometimes don't mark things down" . Well duh....you are marking things way up!! BAD BAD BAD service on the phone and BAD BAD BAD prices!! Beware of this company!!

This review is on behalf of myself and my mum who also bought perfume from this site. We both had similar experiences, I waited two weeks and emailed the company as my perfume (a christmas present)had still not arrived. I recieved an email saying if it did not arrive by Jan 1st to let them know! On ordering it stated it would arrive before christmas. It finally arrived after a three week wait and I then had to pay an additional £15 customs tax before I was allowed to collect my perfume. My mum waited over a month and also had to pay £18 customs tax. Basically it cost us more than if we paid full price in the high street for our perfumes. Use this company at your peril....

I had ordered two colognes, one for me and my son. Both arrives in a very timely manner and both were the products we are familiar with. The prices were very good. In fact, I did not pay shipping due to the amount I spent. I read several of the reviews, and I have not had most of the experiences from the poor reviews.

I placed an order on Dec 3, 2006 that was to be shipped to Canada. It didn't arrive after 17 days so I emailed Fragrancenet. No response for 3 days so I emailed again. At that point I got a form letter response telling me to wait 30 business days. The item never arrived. Out of the blue on Jan 17 they emailed to say my money had been refunded, even though I had already told them I wanted the item mailed to the billing address in the US if they couldn't get it to Canada. Shipping defaulted to USPS after the order was already placed, which SUCKS, especially around Xmas time. No discount was offered for all this wait, or even an apology. Now I have to go buy an Xmas present a month late. Do not shop from this site, particularly for international orders.

It is amazing this company is still in business. Their Christmas order deadline was monday the 18th and our order was placed friday the 15th. It took 7 days to ship and i talked to them on the 6th day about it. Even though their site guaranteed christmas delivery if the order was placed by monday they refused to upgrade the shipping or do anything about it even though it was their fault. It was a large order and you would think they would care more, especially since i was guaranteed christmas delivery and now our christmas has been ruined.

For the past few years, I have been shopping at fragrancenet.com for some of my skin products and fragrances. It has always been a positive experience. Shipping has been lightning fast! It usually takes no more than a few days to receive my order; last week I ordered 3 items and it arrived in 2 days.

I cannot find prices as good as fragrancenet.com for my skin products. I buy La Prairie, and it is quite a bit cheaper at fragrancenet.com than at any of the department stores.

The items are brand-new, first quality. I am generally skeptical about discount cosmetic sellers online, but I can say with absolute certainty that the products that I have received are new, sealed, and first quality.

There are always discount coupons available for at least 10% off the total. You can buy through Ebates.com for an additional discount.

I will continue to buy from fragrancenet.com for the savings and convenience.

Unbelievable- They shipped an opened and used bottle of Bvlgari Extreme to me claiming it was a brand new product. I paid for a new product and their website states their products are new, but they are obviously not telling the truth. I could hardly give the opened and taped back together package as a Christmas Gift as I had planned.

Ridiculous amount of shipping time elapsed between order date and receipt of shipment. I placed an order and 2 full weeks later finally received my order. At least they filled the order correctly but their shipping department really needs to get a clue. I called twice about my product and was told that they had to wait to receive it from the manufacturer before they could ship it! If they advertise it on their website why do they not have it in stock? People on the phone were rude. Price was the best I could find on the Internet with the 10% off but I still wouldn't recommend it because it took so long to receive the product.

I was very happy with them! I was able to use my paypal account, rather than a credit card, and get deeper into debt. I was very happy with that whole idea, as well. Since I wasn't in rush, my "undies" weren't in a bundle when I didn't receive an email confirmation and got it in 24 hours. I bought a bottle of Intuition for men and deodorant stick for 35 dollars. but i never received a email confirming it. so i email them the next day saying did you get it? have you sent it? after one week and ready to call my bank to see if they charged me for the two items i had indeed received an email finally confirming they had sent it. after one week. but instead of them shipping it ground or priority they shipped it the next day without charging me! i guess they new they messed up and threw next day delivery in.

After having read the other reviews on this page, I just have to say that I have been very pleased with FragranceNet. Living in Norway, Europe it`s extremely good to receive my orders within a week, for prices way below what we pay for perfume here. It is also one of the nicest American online stores; easy to find what you are looking for and just nice to browse around in if you are interested in perfumes and their genealogy. Since I`ve never had any trouble shopping from FragranceNet, I have not been in contact with their customer service.

I learned that Fragrancenet has no inventory but merely lists fragrances available to them from distributors. Trying to keep up with availability and price changes they update their site twice daily. Nevertheless, the site remains hopelessly incorrect.
