Good web site and nice catalog. Shipping VIA UPS ground is very slow. I would HIGHLY recomend you offer USPS Priorty Mail in the future. It's cheaper than UPS and only 2 or 3 days anywhere.

I bought a scratch & dent and from what I could tell it was just an open package. A considerable discount for just being open. The only problem was after unpacking the box it was missing the template for attaching the player to the wall. I called customer service, received an appology and told I would receive the template shortly. In fact I received it in two days. Very positve experience.

The variety of product you have available, the ease of ordering through your site, the speed of shipping and delivery (and free to the bargain!), the fact that I screwed up my order but your tech support guy didn?t make me feel like a schmuck and no sooner had I called than the replacement part is already shipped?..at no cost to me!!!!!! My son had told me you were quality and I guess he was right. I have ordered just one car receiver at the moment but my son and wife will be getting one soon and it will only come through you.
